Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins

(Makes 6 giant muffins or approx. 10 regular muffins)

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup MILK chocolate chips plus a half cup for drizzling on top

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and line your muffin tins or spray with non-stick spray. I used a jumbo muffin tin for this. (You can it on Amazon and it's 6 muffins per tin)

2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Stir bananas, milk, peanut butter, and cinnamon in another bowl.

3. Beat butter and sugar in a third bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir banana mixture into butter mixture.

4. Stir in dry mixture until blended. Fold in chocolate chips until just combined. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins.

5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
